Refunds and Returns

At Solco Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality solvent solutions to meet our customers’ needs. However, we understand that sometimes returns or refunds may be necessary.

Return Eligibility:

  1. Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and undamaged.
  3. Products must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
  4. If products are found to have any form defect, it will need to be returned as per the full ordered quantity.
  5. A transport fee may be charged with returns.
  6. Solco Solutions will not be held responsible for final product defects.

 

Refund Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team via [email protected]to initiate the return process as soon as the issue arises.
  2. Provide the order number, product name, picture of evidence and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.

 

Refund Amount:

  1. Full refund for unopened, undamaged products.
  2. Partial refund for opened or partially used products (minus restocking fee).

 

Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed within 30 business daysafter receiving the returned products.
